Phoenix area vegans' brains wanted

I'll be in Tempe next month.. what local restaurants can you recommend? Any input would be greatly appreciated (bonus karma points if you know of any vegan pasta in the valley)

I'm from the area and have been to 2 great veg/vegan restaurants:

Persian Garden Cafe: http://www.digitalcity.com/phoenix/e...sbid=115843770 This place has the BEST vegan chocolate cheescake I have EVER eaten. Also, try the baba ganosh (sp)

Also go to Laribela Cafe. It's ethiopian and everything is served on flat bread...no silverwear. Yum! 849 W University Dr in Tempe 480-829-3480

I'm not from the area, but I had my first Ethiopian food in Tempe and it was to die for! Seriously, this restaurant is the best ethiopian I've ever had. Sorry, Ethiopian Diamond you just don't compare.

It's been really hot...almost got to 90 yesterday. I hope this isn't a sign of a miserable summer. Well, they all kinda are, I guess.
