Stuffed Bagels.....I think there's another name for them...

Today I saw the most amazing food thing, it looked like a bagel, but it had spinach and cheese stuffed inside the dough, like a calazone, only bagel shaped. Like a ring of stuffing, wraped with some kinda dough and shaped into a bagel.

Does anybody know how to make these????? It even had sesame seeds on top! Even some pointers on how to try and make this would be great!
