One of my Canadian heros of the vegan world is Brendan Brazier (www.brendanbrazier.com). He is a world class athlete who chose to be, and stay vegan inspite of the opinions of the "experts".
He has spoken at numerous events on the benefits of a vegan lifestyle for the high performance athlete, and he is, IMHO, a great guy.
He has teamed up with a company in Canada called Sequel Naturals to develop and sell a really high quality vegan whole food meal replacement called Vega.
I am very impressed with this product and feel that it the best of its kind....anywhere.

It is expensive but I feel the price reflects the quality of the ingredients and when I look at what it includes I realize that it is actually very cost effective.
