rice rice baby~!

So, while cleaning up the pantry closet last night, I discovered that I have ~ 10 lbs of rice (which is a ton for one little human like me), half of it Japanese, the other jasmine. What would you all do with it? Cheap options greatly preferred!

I'd eat it! LOL :p

~ Side dish (smothered in herbs and spices though!)
~ in soup or gumbo
~ in stuffing
~ in tacos, wraps, etc

Or you could give some to the food pantry in your area if it is just too much rice to eat!

rice pudding!!!!

bunch of rice in baking dish with loads of soya milk, some sugar/sweet stuff, cinnamon and nutmeg ... maybe ginger, cardamom

bake in the oven until it's done - can be either thick (almost sliceable) or sloppy/soupy (my fave). yum!!!! :p
