Whiskey (my remaining dog, a beagle) had to be euthanized, he was very sick and contagious and there was no way to live but if we didnt euthanize him hed live and die slowly in ALOT of pain....if you wonder what I mean by remaining dog, for those of you who dont know, I witnessed my little yorkie ripped to shreds by the next door neighboors german shepards.... my grandma was attacked as well when she tried to rescue Rye and I was on crutches so I couldnt help much.

I am reallly upset.....i DO know though I am gonna adopt (from a shelter) a puppy

Oh, I'm so sorry for your loss. :( Terrible to lose either dog, and so sad to lose them both so soon after the other... At least you know you gave them a great life while they were with you, and that you cared enough about Whiskey to not want him to suffer.

I can't help thinking how lucky some little shelter puppy is going to be to have you invite him/her into your family. :)
