Has anyone tried the vegan Starburst on Pangea? I got some for my boyfriend for his birthday and he seems to really enjoy them. He said they are softer than the American Starburst, and one flavor is difference. I haven't tried any because I'm hypoglycemic so I avoid candy.

hehe, i was soooo excited when i was living in scotland because i could get these (and vegan skittles, too)! they're yummy except for the purple ones. they're that berry the brits always use instead of grape (ew, they put it in everything, too). i'm having a brain problem now and forget what fruit it is. can anybody help me out?

yes! thank you, that's the flavor i was looking for. they put blackcurrant in the starburst AND in the skittles. can anybody explain to me why they have blackcurrant in so many things in the uk, but we don't seem to have it in anything in the u.s.? do you all have a problem with grapes or something? :)

What kind of merry hempsters do you want?

they also have tube stuff of it available here now. So far the only kinds in vegan form that I've seen are vanilla and tangerine (I LOVE the tangerine :p) and the little metal containers of it are still around too.

I learned what the word 'currant' meant about a year ago thanks to UK Skittles and Starburst. :) :) :)
Before, I had only heard it used on TV. Something about currants in ears. I assumed it was a vegetable or a bean or something. Silly me.
